Mr. Nikou holds the position of Chief of Staff in Eurolife ERB Insurance since June 2017. Prior to this position, he was Head of Human Resources & Quality Management of Eurolife ERB Insurance, since 2014. He joined the compay in 2007, as a process improvement, organizational performance and reengineering specialist.

He holds an M.Sc. in Quality & Reliability, from Warwick Manufacturing Group of University of Warwick and a B.Sc. in Business Administration with an expertise on Organizational Behavior from American College of Greece Deree.

He has worked as a Lecturer in Strategic Human Resource Management, and as a Human Resources and Process Improvement specialist in large multinational telecommunication and retail companies in Greece.
